Our Services
Undercover Investigations: Undercover work can be a vital component in cases ranging from fraud to embezzlement to workers compensation fraud. We have enabled employers to improve their bottom line by reducing losses associated with theft, poor performance, time falsification, substance abuse, product tampering, equipment sabotage and other
forms of dishonesty and criminal activity. Some clients have found it necessary to replace the offending employees, thereby improving morale and increasing profits.
Our Domestic Surveillance case work
is first-class.
Covert Surveillance: Our experienced surveillance operatives or teams can aid you or your business in dealing with threats of workplace violence, theft, and substance abuse. Our skilled professionals, using state of the art audio & video equipment, understand the complexities involved in obtaining factual evidence in sensitive workplace
investigations. We also accept
domestic, family member and child
custody assignments.
Background Investigations: Our services include performing comprehensive background investigation and research of individuals, assets, locations, and more. Our services include developing evidence to support a claim or defense, and locating the witnesses involved.
Due Diligence Investigations: Often times when entering a business relationship, or considering litigation, you need to ensure that the prospective partner or party has the capacity, stability, and solvency necessary to support a contract or business investment. We can effectively conduct investigations and research to aid in a wide array of
business related transactions and other issues.
Fraud/Theft Investigations: An estimated $4,500. per employee is lost each year in revenue by employers due to fraud and embezzlement in workplace situations. Our efforts can greatly reduce those (mostly cash) losses by investigations and recommendations in matters of occupational fraud and various types of white- collar crime. Our interviewing
skills, coupled with good investigative techniques, allow questionable business activities to be corrected.
Sexual Harassment Investigations: If an employer suspects that sexual harassment is occurring on its business premises or within it employee base, that employer is then under a legal duty to immediately retain unbiased investigators to determine the validity of those suspicions of sexual harassment. Failure to promptly act by the employer is
factual proof that the employer has failed to provide a safe work environment for its workers, even if the employer has no direct evidence of unwelcome sexual harassment in the workplace. Our investigators are trained in conducting the necessary investigations needed in such matters.
Substance Abuse: Businesses must be concerned with issues of substance abuse in the workplace and how it affects the business bottom-line. Issues such as employee absenteeism, decreased productivity, higher insurance costs, and liability related expenses should be addressed. Small businesses are a magnet for drug users. These businesses can
least afford the legal and business exposures associated with workplace substance abuse. Employers who fail to investigate such issues prior to legal problems usually lose any employee claims or lawsuits that result. Employers need to recognize the value of an unbiased, third-party investigation to conduct the interviews and investigate such issues. When the investigation is finished, the employer
then has a solid basis for taking appropriate corrective action. Our investigators are knowledgeable about State and Federal Laws that apply and understand the privacy rights of the employees suspected of wrongful activity.
Workplace Violence Investigations: According to the U.S. Bureau of Statistics, thousands of employees are threatened and physically attacked each year. Some are killed. Employers who fail to conduct a work place investigation when such situations occur usually lose any claims or lawsuits brought by the employee or their families in response to a
violent incident. The average claim is for $500,000., with many above a million dollars. The principle problem for employers is lack of information to reduce the potential for a violent incident. Our investigators can use their methods to reduce those workplace risks by employing state of art equipment and proven interview techniques.
Insurance Fraud Investigations: Many insurance and worker related claims are fraudulent in nature. Many injuries occur at home and are brought to the workplace or later car collisions for insurance proceeds purposes. Our investigators will video record suspected workers activities as they occur, in a legal non-intrusive manner. We will gather
evidence necessary to defeat fraudulent claims while using lawful methods and state-of-art equipment.
